Overview: The Program Journey
Each participant receives tailored, strategic guidance from our internal Organon R&D expert network for up to six months, based on the specific needs of their program. Our R&D experts work closely with each participant to address key challenges in drug development, for example regulatory strategy, clinical trial design, and market access strategy. This customized approach ensures that each participant receives fit-for-purpose support to advance their development program effectively.
The program runs in a virtual-format, and global participants are welcome to apply.

We received over 65 impressive applications across the globe in an array of therapeutic areas including contraception, endometriosis, menopause, fertility, human papilloma virus (HPV) therapeutics, oncology, polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), pre-eclampsia and more.

Elle MD, Biotechnologies is a female-founded, female-focused biotechnology company based in Canada. They are developing a novel, non-hormonal contraceptive device.
Contraception remains a cornerstone of women’s health, empowering women with the ability to make informed choices about their bodies, their futures, and their everyday lives. This commitment to choice and flexibility is essential to supporting a better and healthier everyday life for women around the world.
Oriva Therapeutics is a women’s health company based in Spain that is developing first-in-class and best-in-class approaches to treat chronic, prevalent conditions affecting women. They are developing a non-hormonal, disease-modifying, first-in-class therapy for endometriosis.
Endometriosis represents a significant and historically under addressed area of women’s health, affecting millions of women worldwide and often resulting in delayed diagnosis and limited treatment options. By partnering in this space, we are contributing our deep internal scientific and clinical expertise to help advance innovative approaches for a condition with substantial unmet need.
